St. John’s Wort Extract

Caruwild’s St. John’s Wort Extract is made from 100% organic flowering tops of the St Jons Wort plan (Hypericum Perforatum). The flowering tops are harvested during the flowering season, at the peak of their readiness, and the beneficial nutrients and phytochemicals are extracted in small batches using alcohol creating a clean and potent supplement.

St John’s Wort has been used for centuries as an aid to pre-menstrual symptoms, mood stabilisation and hormone balance.
